Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Standard Shipping (Orders under $200): Free shipping via Airmail (Hong Kong/Singapore Post). Delivery takes 10-20 business days. Optional tracking is available.

• Express Shipping (Orders over $200): Free Express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT). Delivery takes 5-7 business days.

3. Order Cut-off Time Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+8) will begin processing the same day.

4. International Shipping We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office before purchasing.

5. Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number (if applicable). You can track your package on our website or the carrier's portal.
