A: Compatibility depends on the connector type (SMA, BNC, Fakra, etc.) and frequency range. We provide detailed specifications for every Bingfu product. If you're unsure, please email us with your device model at info@bingfushop.com.
Q: Are your GPS antennas waterproof?
A: Yes, our active GPS antennas (like the Fakra C Blue series) are designed with vehicle-grade waterproofing, making them suitable for both internal and external mounting.

Q: Can I return my product if it doesn't fit?
A: Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent), we cover shipping. For "change of mind" or ordering the wrong part, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
