At Bingfushop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@bingfushop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Defective or Wrong Items (Seller Error): If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, Bingfushop will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse the shipping fee.

  • Customer Remorse (Buyer Error): If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong connector type, or no longer need the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. * Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).

  • Timeframe: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@bingfushop.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
